Relationship between JF (job family) and S (Position) is not maintained

Hi all,

We need to synchronize two HR systems each time that an OM object is created/updated but we have detected that relationship between JF and S is not triggered when the infotype 1001 is created with this relationship and the outbound IDOC HRMD_A is not created. The relation type between these objects is 450 and 451.

To do this, in the source system we have 1) created an extension of the IDOC HRMD_A with a new segment Z1PAD450 AND Z1PAD451 with all information related with this relationship and 2) modified segment information in T77AD table for Substructure Additional Data PAD450 and PAD451. Once these changes are done, the IDOC is created and sent to the target system with erroneous status (using Distribution Model Tcode BD64).

We have tried to solve the problem in target system modifying segment infomation in T77AD table as in previous step but the IDOC is sent with the same erroneous status. Do you know if an additional step has to be done in the target system in order to integrate this relationship between these objects in the target system?

We think that something in the configuration is wrong or missing but we are not sure. Could you please help us?

Thanks

Regards

Hi,

Link Message Type to Function Module T-Code WE57 in receiving system.

Copy the entry for function module name IDOC_INPUT_HRMD, basic IDoc type HRMD_A06(the basic type u have used) and message type HRMD_A, and enter ZRMD_A06(the extension u hv created) in the field extension type.
