Custom Fiori Client Cost

Is there a cost associated with implementing a Custom Fiori Client?

I have seen and heard conflicting reports regarding this.

We would like to use the SAP Fiori Client, but it needs to be customized to include logo's and of course include Intune mobile application management (MAM) capabilities by adding

Microsoft Intune’s App SDK for greater app level security controls.
