SRM shopping cart workflow

Hi,

I am implementing a standard SRM(7.0) shopping cart workflow(ws40000014), but our agent determination logic is different from standard one. I am trying to use the BADI /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER but no where it is stopping. Would you please anyone suggest me to achieve this.
