PDF Print Preview Exposure

Hello Experts,

On the SAP Business One client its possible to preview and save a document in PDF while the document status still reads original e.g. Delivery note. However when you go to the print option and select the Adobe PDF printer the status will change to copy. This also happens when a user prints the document.

The first scenario creates an area of risk where the a user can preview, save and print multiple documents while the status still reads as original. Has anyone encountered this before ? How did you resolve it.
