Generic search in B2B webshop

Hi All,

We are creating order in the B2B webshop. IF the standard role SAP_CRM_ECO_ISA_WU_B2B_FULL is assigned to user who is logging onto the webshop, transactions (Order/Quotations/Order template) in the left hand panel could be searched but the same user is unable to search Order/Quotations/Order template items, even though he gets these options in the drop down list. However, with SAP_ALL/ SAP_NEW the user can search the Order/Quotations/Order template items apart from searching transactions (Order/Quotations/Order template).

Please let us know about any inputs or solution. We would be utilizing the copy of standard roles and those roles should bea bale to search Order/Quotations/Order template items in webshop

Thanks for your inputs.

Regards,

Mukta

    Hi Mukta,

Can you tell me what is the value of "documentsearch.name" parameter in XCM.

You can find this parameter in XCM.

    Go to "Components" >"Customer" >"Shop"

You should have define component under "Shop" and here you can define search criteria in parameter "documentsearch.name"

As you are using B2B it should be "SearchCriteria_B2B_Sales" as per file"\xcm\sap\modification\generic-searchbackend-config.xml"

      Hi Mukta,

In Application Configuration you have defined some default scenario where you can set parameter value for JCO, usertype shopdata etc...

Just Check what is the parameter value of "Shopdata" it should be the same value as you have defined under "components --> Customer --> Shop"

Just check Shopdata value in Application configuration.

      Regards.
