SAP IQ slow simple query.

Good day everyone,

we have a iq server 16 running on windows 2008 r2 48GB RAM and 4 procesor. it is a virtual machine.

the iq server has the following startup parameters

-c 128M
-gc 60
-gd DBA
-gl all
-gm 50
-iqmc 14745
-iqtc 19660
-iqlm 14745
-iqmsgsz 100
-iqmsgnum 3

The query is taking about 35 seconds to run, any idea how to improve performance. I alreadya created all the recommend indexes of index advice.
