Change Document title of email-Delivery note

Hi All,

I'm trying to send the delivery note via email.Email is being sent without problem, but I would like to change the subject line and the Document title.

At the moment it displays the Printprogram name .date/time.

I would like to change this to Delivery note number.

I tried to change the settings in NACE for that output type.I've added the title as "&LIKP-VBELN&" and language as EN.

I've also added program SAPMV50A and form MAIL_TEXTS in the general data of replacement of text symbols section.

I've added the form MAIL_PARAMETERS in the Replacement of parameters section.

Even after doing all the above, the document title did not change and remained as is.

Can anyone please explain me if I need to do anything else.

Thanks

Rekha

You can pass parameter to your mail title with &PARAMETER& in "output type, mail title and texts", but PARAMETER has to be delared in the print program.

I believe in delivery note print program, there is no parameter LIKP exists: please check your print program.

    Hi Rekha,

Try to use program SAPMV50A and form TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE instead the MAIL_TEXT in the general data of replacement of text symbols section. It will definitely work.

    Best regards
