Problem to download the SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition SP02 7.51

I am trying to download the SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition SP02 7.51 from https://store.sap.com/sap/cpa/ui/resources/store/html/SolutionDetails.html?pid=0000014493&catID=&pcntry=DE&sap-language=EN&_cp_id=id-1477346420741-0, without success. All the time that I have tried I got the message:

You are not authorized to use this application To download software, you must have the Software Download authorization. To request it, please contact an user administrator in your company". Incident ID: 5c708d61-7e51-461f-bee3-8a5f5dd585a4

However, I have my profile at sap.com as "Student", in other words, I cannot contact the "user administrator at my company."
