Journal Ref2 field : AP credit note

Hi,

Have noticed that in the Account Balance for Business Partner; Ref2 field is not being filled in the Journal when there is an AP Credit Note; when in actual fact this field is being filled in the AP Credit note Supplier Ref field.

Any ideas where I should include my Ref2 Comments in the ap credit note? so that when the journal is created it picks up that field as well?

Hi Vankri,

You may try to type the note number in the top right corner of the forum and click > to see if you can find the note page first. If you can, you may browse it easily.

Hi, unfortunately I am not able to find the Notes. Can someone kindly copy NOTES and paste them in this thread please?

Hi,

You should be able to find and access it if you have access rights.

Check the link of the Note by clicking on the Note No. : [541627|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1odSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=541627]
