Hj estamos utilizando buckflush para baixa de materiais como, arruelas, rebites, etc, porém, como transferimos uma quantidade para uma estação kanban de onde é feita a baixa, sempre temos problemas de saldo do material, falta, excesso, pois estes materiais geralmente não são usados na quantidade exata que esta na ordem de produção, a utilização de material granal seria mais adequada? caso positivo o material continuaria refletindo demando no MRP?

Questions for related to MRP should be generally driven to the tag MAN Production Planning (PP). Also, those questions should be written in english (infelizmente não temos uma TAG para discutir assuntos funcionais em português, mas eu já pedi a criação de uma).
Usually, it is very difficult to measure exactly how much this kind of component is consumed for a specific order and post the actual consumption in the order confirmation, therefore, you may have inventory problems when using backflush.
The most common solution is to set the bulk material indicator for this kind of component. A bulk component will not drive dependent requirements for MRP and generally a reorder point MRP type is used. These components are consumed (usually to a cost center) whenever they are moved from the warehouse to the production line and MRP triggers replenishment whenever the stock level falls below the reorder point.
