Customized Personnel Actions

Hi All,

My requirement is to create the Personnel Action "Voluntary Termination" with different reasons such as

1) Reduction in Force

2) Violation of Law

3) Employee Deceased

4) Absenteeisam/Tardiness

5) Performance

I know to create this we have to go for customizing procedures to create all these action reasons and to maintain all the infotypes under the infogroup. I want to know what are the infotypes we have to delimit for all the reasons. Expecting you reply soon. Please guide me to proceed further.

Note: We are doing it for country USA.

Thanks & Regards,

Magesh S.

    Hi Mangesh,

As per the generic HR process after running the termination action and when the employment status of the EE is getting changed to withdrawn, the records related to basic salary payments - Infotype 0008 should get delimited.

You can keep 14 or 15 in copy mode as per your requirements.

Infotype 0009 should be in Copy mode since we are going to use these records for processing the future payments (Full and final settlement etc.)

    Thanks !

    Regards,

    Chetan
