Reinstallation keycode issue


Hello all,

not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I've done a search and, quite frankly, I'm lost on this website. Anyway, I'm looking for some assistance. We use Crystal Enterprise 9 on our network and have a valid, fully licensed version installed, however, it needs to be reinstalled and we can't find the keycode anywhere. I'm guessing I can extract the keycode from the fully licensed instance on the server prior to uninstalling, but I'm damned if I can find where. Has anyone had any experience with this sort of request?

Alternatively, if someone could point me in the right direction for a contact number for UK Technical Support, that'd be great. I've tried the UK Contacts and, none of them are actually technical support, the numbers I tried were either one of the company's UK offices or UK sales, neither of which were able to help.
