How to suppress rows showing no data in structure

I have to divide components (BOM) for particular material under 4 headings(Raw Material,Reprocessing,Recovery,Packing) according to movement type and material type. I am using structure for this.It is showing all the components under each heading but displaying values correctly i.e only against those components which are satisfying the given condition under each heading.

Now i want to supress those rows under each heading which are showing no value i.e not satisfying the respective condition.

Please help.

Hi,

Try In Query designer properties with supress the rows and columns.

Also try with conditions.

Can you please elaborate on the concept of characterstic assignment tab.

I am using more than 1 selection in my structure. If I am using condition for 1 selection it is suppressing in all selections. For eg:if a paricular component is supressed in raw material it is supressing that component in all selections that is in Reprocessing,Packing and Recovery.

If you mean that entire rows should be suppressed, then you can do this as Pra says in Query designer properties with suppress the rows and columns. Or do you mean to suppress individual zero values in the same row?

Have you tried to enter a condition in the query, that states the amount to be not equal to zero? You can probably furthermore use the Characteristic Assignment Tab in the settings, and match conditions against your columns.
