How to create one shipment document wrt multiple OBDs.

Dear all,

How to create one shipment document wrt multiple OBDs?
Below are the scenarios for this requirement.

Scenario 1:
Supplying Plants are - 1000 (Punjab)
Receiving plants (A in Punjab, B and C in Maharashtra) - (but at different locations within Maharashtra)
One truck should be considered to do these 3 deliveries (3 separate POs)

Scenario 2:
Supplying Plants are - 1000 (Punjab)
Receiving customers: X, Y and Z in Karnataka (but at different locations)
One truck should be considered to do these 3 deliveries (3 separate SOs)

Scenario 3:
Supplying Plants are - 1000 (Punjab)
Receiving Plants and Customers: (A, B and C in Maharashtra) and (X, Y and Z in Bangalore) respectively.
One truck should be considered to do these 6 deliveries (3 separate POs and 3 separate SOs)

Expectation in SAP system:
Enable system to create one shipment document wrt multiple OBDs.

What exactly is the issue? It is possible in SAP to create one shipment for multiple deliveries (just like it's possible to combine orders on a delivery). It's been a while but I believe it's just standard functionality and doesn't require any special configuration. So I'm confused what exactly is a specific technical challenge here...
