SAP / KSBP tcode " Not equal to" option

Hi Everyone!

Please help me regarding to attached screenshot. I would like to choose the "not equal to" selection criteria in SAP KSBP table, but I only see Single Value as a selection criteria.

How can I set up "Not equal to" criteria, or how can I select it?
