My question is related to SAP HR-TEM .Unable to add attendee to a Business Event

Hello,

My question is related to SAP HR-TEM . I am trying to add an attendee with hiring date : 16/08/2018 to a business event with duration 07/08/2018 to 23/08/2018 . But i am getting an error as below.

" Enter a valid Attendee".

Employee has attended the training from 16/08/2018 to 23/08/2018.But it is not allowing me to add.

How can this be solved?Please help.

Hi,

Pls check the following:

1) Attendee is active during this period (not inactive in infotype 0)

2) Attendee's working daily working hours and actual training event's daily hours are matching.

3) Employee is not having any other time related info types (like absences/substitutions etc) on this

training duration.

Thanks for your reply.

Employees have joined the company on 16/08/2018 but the business event was started on 07/08/2018(Before Employee's DOJ).

Is this the reason why it is not allowing me to add attendees to the event ??

Do we have any restriction that employees must attend the event for complete duration i.e from 07/08/2018 to 23/08/2018 ??

If so,Please suggest .

Hi,

Employee must be active during the entire period of the business event or event type. (You can test this in your test environment by creating a scenario),

If you want to override this, you can customize the table T777BIRTH and add the following entry:

600 P B 025 E X X

Here 600-client, P - Person, B - Top down relation, 025 - relationship id (is participated by), E- Course,

X - BIRTHX field, X - HighendDate.

Check the sap documentation and archive.sap.com with the keyword T777BIRTH.
