Does BOM is considered when calculating MAP in material master

Hello Experts,

we have FG material with MAP,

but what is the integration between BOM and Moving average price, does MAP only depends on GR/IR postings or will it anywhere consider BOM while updating material master with MAP.

i know standard price calculation uses BOM to update MM with SP when price indicator is S, but what is the impact of BOM when we use MAP in MM.
