Hello,

i tried to reset a clearing document and for the first time it asked me the option of wheather to reset , or reset and reverse. i selected reset only.

when i tried to do the second clearing document it never asks me this option. i want to reset and reverse this second option but the by default does a reset when i click on 'Reset clearing doc' from menu bar.

why is it so?

how do i reset and reverse this second clearing doc?

Hi,

If the Document only contains clearing items (ie no Actual Postings) then there is no need to reverse and hence the option is not available. Also if the clearing includes exchange difference postings then it will always reverse .

Hi,

For some transactions like what you had asked in case of FBRA, system will save the transaction details till the user sign offs. Once you log off and log in the settings will be active again. Similar will be the case for F-58 cheque print.

Hi,

Try logging off and logging in again and then execute the Transaction Code.
