Error in UD

Hi All,

I have Subcontracting PO.in BOM i have maintained Scarp as negative Quntity.QM view is active for Receiving material.

if i rejected partial quntity of Semifinished.using MB1b 322 & then while making UD in T-code QA32 i am getting following given below Error.

"Goods movement not possible with mvmt type 546".

What's the solaution for this.& why system are taking MVt 546.

I think

545 Goods receipt from by-product from subcontracting

If a component is entered with a negative quantity for the subcontract order, the receipt of the by-product is posted during goods receipt for purchase order or during the subsequent adjustment.

Now you have rejected partial quntity of Semifinished.using MB1b 322

this was not with reference to original PO or material document.

So lot in QA32 generated will not allow you to do 546 mvt type.

May be you can try MB04: Subsequ.Adj.of "Mat.Provided"Consmp.

or

cancel the original UD

What is the procedure to cancle orginial UD.

Hi

For cancellation of UD

either

use User Exit QEVA0008 Usage decision: Customer function key (e.g. to cancel UD)

or

SAP note:

note No 175842:

The goods movements occured in usage decision, e.g. 321, is impossible

to be reversed in standard code so this note is there.
