Design screen blacked out

Morning All

Have had no luck finding posts about this: my design screen in crystal reports XI is blacked out and I cannot see the firleds or anything I have previously placed there.

It is like this with all my previously developed and new reports. The preview screen is fine.

Any assitsance would be much appreciate.

Thanks. A colleague was able to assist. The report options 'Grid' setting was on making the design screen appear densely coloured.
