Dear experts
We are exploring a design in which we would like to offer C4C users external sales order pricing in S/4HANA but not have those sales orders transferred to S/4HANA for creation. The business rationale is that such orders need a basic (list) price to communicate to customers but the fulfilment of the order is done by an external party. Hence, such order shall not exist in S/4HANA.
We have discontinued exploring internal pricing since this would not be as up-to-date as external pricing as per our understanding, especially for new products. Is this assumption true or did we miss any integration scenario for internal pricing intergration?
The overall process is as follows:
We have found that one can hide actions in sales orders, e.g. "Transfer" but as per the solution guide one may "use action Finish to combine collectively perform a save, simulate and transfer of the order to ERP system all with a single click". Is there any smart way to bypass transger w/o PDI development? Obviosly, we would not build the transfer interface but I assume that this will trigger error messages to users due to missing communication arrangement.
Looking forward to your input, thank you.
Kind Regards
Stefan

Hi Serhat, we have build our System exactly like I described in my comment to the original answer (hide both "Transfer" and "Finish" actions) and created a KUT field to enable a user set Status to get These orders to "completed" even though those Actions are hidden. Hope this helps.
We were not able to find something better in Standard.
