How to find the lock indicator for the employees who are locked during the payroll run

Hi all,

Your issue can be handled using this TC: PC00_M44_UCPL

It is amazing program,

You can use it to check personnel numbers locked due to master data maintenance

By other users, so you can call them directly for release or even send e-mail

Run the TC and read the help, I found it very useful before payroll and in time of data uploading in bulk

and also u can see the locked PERNRS list

from Control Record

in that check in the feild GO TO

in the drop dowm u will get list of Lcoked PERNRS

Thanks for your response, for every employee we unable to check the lock indicatorbu using, suppose there are 2000 employee in the company it possible to go every time for each employee to find the lock

is there any option to find the lock

Also, when you make a simulation/live run... you wil get list of employees locked in the messages...

Check IType 0003 Payroll status

Using SE16N , check the table PA0003 and dowload all the relevant feilds

with input condition of Lock indicator
