Support Notification Field Status Group

Dear Gurus,

In support notification screen(CRM_DNO_MONITOR), I want to check the field groups like that mandatory or hide status. (Not when creating, when processing) I donu2019t want to check it with ABAP code. Are there any way to customize the field status group in standard?

For example: subject field can be mandatory for start to processing the notification. (in notif_create, there is no problem to make this field mandatory, or note, I'm talking about in CRM_DNO_MONITOR.)

ABAP coding is neccessary for your requirement. Check the Badi ORDER_SAVE .

Thanks for your helps. I know that it is possible with ABAP code, nevertheless I wanted to ask that do we have this chance in standard. You say "it is not possible to modify in standard" I also researched it, but I couldn't find a way in standard. Thank you for your help, again.

I mean, you need to modify the badi ORDER_SAVE for your requirement. Earlier we had a similar requirement, we used this badi for that.
