Support Notification Field Status Group


Dear Gurus,

In support notification screen(CRM_DNO_MONITOR), I want to check the field groups like that mandatory or hide status. (Not when creating, when processing) I donu2019t want to check it with ABAP code. Are there any way to customize the field status group in standard?

For example: subject field can be mandatory for start to processing the notification. (in notif_create, there is no problem to make this field mandatory, or note, I'm talking about in CRM_DNO_MONITOR.)
