Quality management - Accepting the parts after inspection

I know by transaction QA16 I can post usage decision collectively for all accepted parts. Initially I have to inspect all parts which is possible collectively by QE72. But after inspecting the parts, I want to accept them in order to get selected in QA16. But I do not know how to accept all parts collectively. I can do so individually through QE51N and change the status to 5. But is there any transaction to do this collectively ?

Is you requirement is collective result recording or collective inspection stock posting?

Don't want to do automatic UD. because this is only for certain lots.

Either you can consider QA17 to set a job or try QA32 to perform selective UD for all available insp lots.

I would suggest to consider Automatic UD for Inspection lots, Auto UD can be executed after certain time but there should n't be any defect recording/rejected result recording/no quality notification.

Auto UD time can be set in Plant level settings.
