Currently we have EP 7 SP11 implemented for one of our clients portal. We have a requirement to configure UWL to fetch mails/actions items/tasks from a non SAP sytstem like MS office or lotus notes. Kindly provide your inputs on the implementation of such requirement. Moreover our UWL is configuered to show only the approval task items created in various application like HR/Travel & Expense from backend .One more requirement is to fetch all items from SAP inbox into UWL. Any input or suggestion is welcome and would be appreciated.
