Unable to see LiveOffice

Dear Experts, I have installed productivity pack and it has installed the LiveOffice as well. I open an Excel sheet and do not see LiveOffice. A collegue of mine (also an administrator) can log on to the same server with his username/password, and he can see LiveOffice in the MS Excel menu?

Does anybody about this? How can resolve this?
