    Hi Rupa Prasad,

As our Sikindar told u can maintain in different ways depending on Ur scenario.

What kind of TM u are using +ve or -ve, Based upon that you can evaluate the Overtime.

    For Negative Time Management

    1. Create a Wage type for Over time

2 .Maintain Wage type Characteristics Indirect Valuations as PRZNT and Module Variant as A.

    3. Maintain PRZNT in valuated field give the OT Wagetype and for Base wagetype give as Basic Pay Base Wagetype valuation as 100%.

    4. Maintain OT hr in 2010

    5. Maitain Valuation Bases for OT Wage type as below

Valuation basis 01 Statement Wagetype as Basic and Rate as 100% or 150% depending on the calculation.

    6. And check for the processing class.

    7.Run the payroll.

    Hope it is useful....

    Regards,

    Raghu Kumar R

    Hi,

    For Overtime

You can Use Infotypes 2005 ,2010.

Create Wagetype for which number of hours will be entered. Based on the number of hours entered you have to calculate amount to be paid. This requires a slight modification in PCRs based on client's requirements.
