Experts,

Getting the error while processing a loan type

Error during cumulation No entry found in the table T512W Key 40 1LOP 20090430

I could not find the table,Please let us know

Hi,

Where are you getting the error, while processing the Infotype or during Payroll Processing

If this errors seems to happen during the payroll processing , it means its reading the standard PCR XLOZ and

Try deactivating the PCr in the Schema

and then check

I need to use the names of my custom loan wage types and not the /LOP standard names. For this what should i do?

try like this

say u r haveing two loan types

1 Houseing Loan

2. Personal Loan

for IT0045 create two sub types 9001 for Houseing Loan 9002 for Personal Loan

u can chec the same in the Configuration

now

for Houseing Loan copy two wage types

9021 from /Lop Loan payment

9022 form /LRP loan Repayment

do same for Personal Loan

now go to XLOZ rule in PE02

Copy it as ZLON

under the node /LOP that is loan payment

make

add L9001 this is ur subtype for Houseing loan

under that ADDWTE9021 as this is ur wage type for Loan Payment

the same logic applicable for /LRP here u have to keep 9022

Copied schema IN00 to UN00

Copied s.schema INLN to SNLN

Copied the rule XLOZ to SLOZ and included my custom loan wage types.

But while processing the same standard wage type names appearing, Please let me know what should i do to fix this?

Check the subtype is maintained is ur custoer subtype

EX:9001 is ur houseing Loan sub type

later in the PCR in XLOZ

Check whether u have added

ur customer wage type

9021 laon payment

9022 this is ur Loan repayment

under /LRP /LOP

it shd belike this

/LOP loan payment

9001 subtype

ADDWTE9021 Loan Payment

/LRP

9001

ADDWTE9022 loan Repayment

Check and let me know if here is anything else

not >include the custome wage type for loans in Pe51

PE02

PCR XLOZ copy to ZLON

do the setting as i said in the above

now

PE01

INLN copy to ZNLN

and in that deactive XLOZ * in D cloumn

now give under that

PRT ZLON and activate and run

Try

the excel format which u had sent is in higer version pls send it in lower version

When deactivate XLOZ and add one more enry SLOZ and activated then i am getting the below error.

''Error during cumulation No entry found in the table T512W Key 40 1LOP 20090430"

If i deactivate both then no issues.

Note :

Issue is for standard Loan type which is in SAP itself (0100 building loan with payment with instalment)

but while processing the Our loans (AIIC Marriage loan)there is no issues.

have u created 1lop WT from /lop ???

i guess, the current PCR is changed as per requirements... bt WT has not been created.

I copied Wage types from /LOP,/LRP and interest due wage type also.

Can u please check... V_512w_D and see 1lop exists...

if exists... can u tel us.. which schema and PCR does this error throwin in log ?

ifn it is INLN copy it to ZNLN from PE01

and make the changes in ZNLN and comment the standrad one

same applies for the PCR Too

in ur PCR

0011 this is standrad subtype where is the customer subtype

say if ur loan subtype is 9001

/LRP

9001

ADDWTE9021 (this is ur loan repayment wage type)

are u getting cusotmer wage types or technical wage types in the pay slip pls let me know

it depends upon ur cusotmisation

In payslip both /LOP,/LRP and my Custom loan wage types also appearing as double entries.

But i my PCR i have given that

For Loan type 001,Payment in Payroll is WT0001,Repayment is WT0002,Interest is WT0003

in the PCR

9001 ur subtype for houseing loan

ADDWTE9022 ur Loan payment wage type whch u copied form /LOP

liek that for /LRP also
