GR/IR Account is not being credited with po net price

Hi Experts,

While posting Goos Receipt ,GR/IR amount is not equal to PO net price.MRP indicator is on in excise tab, If MRP indicator is on then GR/IR value decreases as comparitively PO net price.

But this GR/IR value is so low than PO net price.

I checked Info record,contaract value also but rates are OK.

Can anybody guide me on this, why this GR/IR value is too low.

In dealer case (mrp indicator ) MIGO GR/IR value is always less than PO net value.... because ...

Lets say PO is for 1000 Rs plus VAT 4% ... PO value is 1040

Now during MIGO u get excise invoice saying that Rs100 is excise duty... so u change base value to 900 and enter 100 as excise duty..... and tick mrp indicator ..... in this case ur GR/IR entry will be 900 Rs and not 1000 Rs .... because Rs100 goes into cenvat accnt

in my case MRP indicator is on and you are right,if MRp indicator is on then GR/IR amount is less than PO net price,

I calculated with that price also but it not work.

Actually while posting the GR

System calculated WRX 29505.22 INR and PRD 563210.68 INR

But WRX should be 563210.68 INR and PRD should 29505.22 INR

In this case system calculated wrong price.

Plz guide me on this why system shuffle wrong price with WRX and PRD.

Can you reproduce your entire process(PO to MIGO to MIRO) here with accounting entries at every stage?

If it is hitting the the PRD acct then check the material master price of the material and ur price in info record or contract.

There is no connection with MRP indicator,don't confuse.

Check the PO conditions type

SPRO->MM->PURCHASING->PURCHASE ORDER->CONDITIONS->DEFINE PRICE DETERMINATION PROCESS-> Follow the below menus, definitly you can solve your problem.....
