Input data into BW using BEx/WAD

Hi,

I need a BEx report and it should work like application.

I get data from ODS to cube, in report i show material , conformed, unconfomed qty, shipped qty.

if confrmed qty = shipped qty, then user like to change the status "in process' to shipped using BEx/Web.

we dont like to reload again with diffrent status, we just want to change the stats in ront end.

is there any way?

I am thinking about to build BPS screen.

Thanks

Angilo

If the condition is always going to be

"if confrmed qty = shipped qty, then user like to change the status "in process' to shipped using BEx/Web." - why not modify records when you load it...?

You can use a BPS application or create a BSP application for the same if required...

    Hi Angilo,

The easier way i think is to adopt the Integrated Planning.

You can create Real-Time Enabled Cube and build a Query where User can change the Status as per his requirement and it will be directly written to the Cube and no need of loading the particular changed data.

For regular loading you have the option of the changing the Real time cube to Standard and vice-versa..

I think it may be very helpful in your scenario.

    Hope you understood..
