CRM 2007-IC Web Interface Message - Failed to send Alert Message to Browser

"Failed to send Alert Message to Browser" appears in IC Web interface and experienced by our Call Centre Agents intermittently.

Please advise if anyone has experienced this message and can give me some idea what may be the cause.

Have submitted an OSS Note but unless we can replicate the issue, we cannot get any advice.

As we cannot determine what causes this message to appear, I cannot replicate.

We know this appears after Save button and End button are clicked and agent returns to Inbox Screen from Service Ticket Screen. The message does not clear on starting a new interaction.

We see that Broadcast message is crawling when Agent receives this message- but I believe it may be more likely some alert message or perhaps 2 alerts triggering at the same time and only able to display 1 ??
