2LIS_02_SGR Extractor brings in records with blank characterstics but with the key figures populated on them. Has anyone else scene this?

I have checked the EKET and EKPO tables to validate there were no records in question. I have also turned off the user exit and I still get the same blank records. Currently to get around it I am deleting out the blank records in the R/3 user exit.

Did you test the 2LIS_02_SGR extractor, on the source system in tcode RSA3, in debug mode to determine where this is occurring? You may also want to consider creating an SAP Message to have an SAP support processor look at the issue because you really shouldn't get blanks in the data (at least in the fields you mentioned).

I have installed 2LIS_02_SGR extractor in R/3. I am loading in BW via a 7.0 datasource and into an DTP/Transformation. While running the process I noticed I was getting extra records in the PSA that contained populated key figures but everything else on the record was blank. I then thought it was my user exit so I went to RSA3 in R/3 and testing the extractor without the user exit. I still got the blank records via RSA3. Out of a couple of hundred thousand I only recieved 10 or so records with this situation.

Currently, my solution is to delete out any records with a blank material document in the R/3 user exit.

That indeed seems starnge as Material Document Number is a part of key for EKBE table.

Have you checked the data in EKBE? If everything is correct at the table level, then it could be something to do with the user exit ( handling of before / after image )

Have you checked RSA3 or PSA ? Were the fields blank there?

could it be more to do with your Update rules where you have selected 'No Update' .
