DTW: "Invalid value [PDN1.baseline][line: 1]...."

Former Member

Hello experts,

I am experiencing a small problem with the DTW. My SAP version is 2007A PL48. My scenario is as follows:

1. Through SAP UI create an AP Purchase Order with 1 line for a quantity of 2 for item 1234.

2. Through the DTW try to create 1 AP Goods Receipt PO target document for item 1234, but split on 2 lines (e.g. qty of 1 on each line).

Here is the problem, I want to receive the item on two seperate lines on 1 GRPO. For example, line 1 on the GRPO will be for a quantity of 1 of item 1234 going into warehouse A. And line 2 on the GRPO will be for a quantity of 1 of item 1234 going into warehouse B (warehouse for damaged material).

The DTW returns the error I have listed in the subject of this post when trying to receive the same PO line twice on 1 GRPO.

My current workaround is to copy the 1 PO Line onto 2 seperate GRPOs via the DTW. However, this is not ideal for my situation.

PLEASE NOTE: What I have explained above was allowed and worked in the 2005 A version of B1. We started experiencing the problem when we moved to 2007.

Any suggestion would be greatly apprieciated.

Heath

Have you tried manually adding the document as you wished?

Thanks,

Has anyone experienced a similiar problem? Is this a new "business rule" in B1 DI?

Any response would be greatly appreciated!
