Wrong Payroll Values with Absence.

Hi Experts,

Recently We have Upgraded the System from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0. After the PRD Upgrade we have Identified the System is Behaving in a peculiar Manner, We are not sure what is the Reason behind this.

IN ECC 5.0 :

Without Leave Basic Salary : 1200

Without leave HRA : 400

With Leave in teh SAme Month Basic Salary : 1200

With Leave in the SAme Month HRA : 400

ECC 6.0 :

Without Leave Basic Salary : 1200

Without leave HRA : 400

With Leave in teh SAme Month Basic Salary : 1400

With Leave in the SAme Month HRA : 500

Now I am not what is the reason for this Error, I need your Expert Advise On Priority. Please Advise.
