Public Holiday gets deducted from Quota

Hi All

Please suggest for the following.

I have created a Holiday Calendar & defined Work Schedule Rules also.

Everything is working fine in all scenarios but I have 1 issue.

I have a Holiday in my Calendar on 5th May. Even when I check the Work Schedule with applicable groupings, this 5th May is marked as a holiday.

All grouping & holidays are perfectly set up, but when I try to book the leave for any Employee on 5th May, system consider this as a working day & because of that this day is deducted from Employee's Quota.

What may be the reason for this?

Please Suggest.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Garry,

Goto the respective counting class in T556C table and in holiday class part click only "not a public holiday".

Hi

Thanks for replying.

I am not able to understand one thing that. Why it's happening only with 1 holiday.

With the same counting class rules, system works fine for all holidays.

I have issue only with 5ht May.

Please suggest.

Thanks & Regards

The problem may be the holiday class.

Compare the holiday class of 5th May with other holidays. (via SCAL)
