Reg.consumption account cann't be determined

Dear Experts

When I create purchase order no G/L is assigned in Account assignment tab,I can tell you that it is not from MM side,difinitly from

SD-MM side, I cann't solve this problem. I used OMWM,OMWD,OMWB,OMWN and OBYC all settings are correct but no G/L is fetced from GBB, in GBB I have assigned VKA,VBO,VBR and so on..but no one is comming After I entered the AAC,Mat,Qty

Price,Plant and St loc.

Pls help me very very soon.....

This error you will be getting only in third party transaction because only in third party sales the stocks directly goes to the consumer that is customer and not posted in our inventory and hence it is put into consumption account

Normal sales or materials management the stocks will hit the inventory account and not consumption account

I hope the process you are doing is thrd party only

If that is true then you have to make sure that the account assignment category maintained for your schedule line category CS should be X ( all auxillary accounts)

Make sure your OBYC is maintained properly. I dont think that you would have missed out valuation class in material master because missing this and saving material master is not possible according to me

Hi,

You have mentioned that at MM side all configurations are checked.

Then I think you may need to check the material master (t.code MM02), accounting1 view.

Can you check valuation class has been assigned in this view and for this valuation class the settings are done at MM side (like t.code OBYC etc?).
