Open PS - % Completion in activity bar

Hello Gurus,

My client is looking for :

the display of % completion in activity bar.

Update of actual date in WBS when activities are getting confirmed i.e. transferring actual date from activities to WBS and so on.

Please guide me.

Hi Bharat,

1. Regarding % complete in Gantt Chart: I doubt if it is possible in standard SAP to display % complete in activity bar chart (Gantt chart), which is possible in Primavera and MPP. I could reason it in like this - in MPP, the % complete is calculated based on duration completed, however, in SAP, we have to run progress analysis for identifying % completion. SAP offers various basis (methods) to calculate % complete.

2. Update of actual dates from activity to WBS elements takes place when you reschedule it after confirming activities.
