outbound delivery

HI,

Iam getting a error while doing outbound delivery.

The scenario is like this : we have 8 plants . from 7 plants we are able to do the outbound delivery for stock transfer to other plants . But in one plant we are getting a error while doing outbound delivery for stock transfer to other plants.

The error what we are getting is : 1090001317 000001 copying is not possible because an entry is missing in table TVCPL : ZDL ZNL1.

i would like to know the configurations we will be doing for outbound delivery for stock transfer.

Go to SPRO > IMG > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set Up stock transport Order > Assign Delivery Type & Checking Rule.

Check the Combination of Purchasing Document Type , Delivery type with the Plant.

Hi Shilpa,

In transaction OVLK, for delivery type ZNL1 check if the Default ord.ty is set as ZDL. If that's true then you might have to maintain the copy control between ZNL1 and ZDL. Also can you confirm if the same document types were used for stock transfer orders from the other 7 plants.

Hi

In t code VTLA maintain copy controls between sales doc type ZDL and delivery type ZNL1 at header level and also for your item caitegory NLN if your item category is NLN and if the item category is different maintain at item level under this header for that item

There will be copy controls existing between sales order type DL and delivery type NL choose that and give copy as then rename it ZDL & ZNL1

Because the copy control is missing in t code VTLA between sales doc type ZDL and delivery type ZNL1 you are having problem

what is zdl and znl1 give it brief ?
