HI,
when i create SC with a product category MRO.by default a supplier is picked automatically who is not created under my company code.
could anyone kindly suggest how to proceed

You would have created the contract only for a Purchasing Org. Try adding a plant(from your company code) to the contract.

thanks for the reply.there is an inforecord created for prodcut category,vendor combination.
we have deleted that and the issue is gone.
