How to enable Absolute Positioning

Hi All,

I am working with VC 7.1 EHP1.

I was face the problem in design a tab strip.

If right click the tab strip it shows Vertical flow,Horizontal flow and Absolute positioning.

Here the vertical flow and horizontal flow options is enabled at default.

but the absolute positioning is in disabled.

please explain how to enable the absolute positioning option.

Hi Aravind,

You can see that there is no absolute positioning in the CE version of VC in page 12 of the [VC's Veteran's Guide|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/a00a2587-3139-2a10-28b6-860591aa6ec6]

Hi dear if you say this is bug in this version, i didnt find any snote or any other official document in sdn as well as in market place.If you have official note let me know

Hi Aravind,

Unfortunately, VC 7.1 does not support absolute positioning. The fact that that option is there (but disabled) is a bug.

as Eyal mentioned this is not possible within VC 7.1x.
