Some one pls tell me what is material type DIEN & MARD table..? Iam new to SAP-MM.

Hi,

Material type DIEN is used for Service master and Mard is a table for Storage Location Data for Material .

Dien is the material type which is used for service materials

mard table is storage location data for material...

DIEN material type is used when u create material for service purpose..

and MARD is the table where all the storage location data will be stored..

DiIEN is a Material type whwew as MARD is the table you can see the table by using T_code SE16 In MArd contains trhe stock data
