Chinese text cannot print in smartform

HI all,

I want to print the Delivery order header text in my smartform delivery order printout . In some of the DO have Chinese Character.I can see the Chinese Character when in Print preview. but i can get special character instead of chines in my printout in printer.

What can i do..

My Device Type in SPAD is " +CNSAPWIN+ "

Hi,

Check out with the BASIS consultant whether the printer is compatible with chinese language or not and if it is compatible enable the printer configurations with CHINESE language

Plz use the Font CNSONG for chinese character printing, there is one more font that starts with CN for Chinese texts. This shall solve ur problem. Even i faced the same problem and after using CNSONG font in smartstyles it was corrected.

If still the problem exists then contact the BASIS guy.
