restrict billing block

Hello to you all,

Does anyone know what my option regard authorizations within ISH are?

For example, I would like to restrict billing block within Tcode: NA30N,

The authorizations object N_INVOICE that is related to Tcode NA30N does not contain the option to restrict billing block.

Hi Claudius,

I would like to restrict billing block within Tcode: NA30N for certain authorized users; this ability to block billing is dangerous from the organization point of view since they wouldn't like to "forget" to bill cases.

Hi Yoav,

actually I have never heard that users "misuse" this function to set the billing block. They would have to go to the menu and make the changes in the pop-up. However, if that happened in your organization, could you maybe use the screen modification to disable this feature for certain user groups?

Hi Yoav,

you can press F1 on every screen element (--> on the billing block pop-up) and then press the "Technical Information" button. The following pop-up gives you the information you need for the screen modification.
