Quota in Time Management

Dear Expert, Can anyone please tell me what I need to know about QUOTA in Time Management, and also Time Evaluation + or -? Kindly advise.

    If you are talking about HR time management, Usually 2006 infotype is customized for absence leaves. And the total leave of employee can not be more than quota value entered to this infotype. This infotype must be maintained generally for each year ( may change dor each country). If you have any specific question it would be more easier to answer.

      I am now ask to work on Time Evaluation in my Company; I am given the custom rules for time evaluation, example overtime 14 hours. I don't have a idea, I was thinking of using table T510S. Someone told me to config RULES and is only two lines of . I don't really know what is talking about.
