I have a WAD application which is taking long time to execute in portal. Can any one guide me how to tune a WAD application.

Hi Basha,

How many queries are involved in the WAD template? If there is only one query, then try running that query in Bex Analyzer and check the time. Here, you can come to know whether the query is taking more time to execute.

We checked in the BEx analyzer and RSRT and it is taking 5 secs but when i execute the same in the WAD it is taking more 90secs. So can anyone help me to tune that WAD application.

Hi Basha,

I dont believe it will be a case of tunning your WAD, but more a case of tunning the queries that are used in the web template.
