MM02 -> Basic data text -> Internal comment

I can change other tab(Inspection text, Basic data text) except 'Internal comment' in Material master change(MM02).

But, I want to change 'Internal comment TAB' in Material master change(MM02) about specific one material.

Please, Tell me the way I can change 'Internal comment TAB'.
