Time sheet Min.hours entry control

HI

Can I control the No.of Minimum hours entering in CATS time sheet??

Example: I want to control/restrict the hours in time sheet minimum to 15 minutes, and multiples of 15 minutes Like 8.25, 4.25, 5.5, 9.30, 8.45 etc. I want restrict employees to enter odd hours like 8.12, 9.35, 6.24 etc.. Just i want control hours in multiples of 15 minutes.

We can round up these hours in time evaluation but here i want restrict at the entry level itsef.

Am using CATS regular without Time mgmt Implemented. later we are going to CATS reg webdynpro application

Is there any standard config available for this requirement?

Hi Ram,

There are some Customer-defined checks in CATS.

The SAP enhancements CATS0003 (Validate recorded data) and CATS0006 (Validate entire

time sheet) allow you to extend the standard checks by defining your own checks.

You can take the help of an abaper and use these user exists in the program to restrict users entering odd numbers in Timesheets.
