master data infotype in Time mgt

Hi all ,

I am configuring time mgt . I have maintained IT 0001,0002 & 0007..is there is any other master data infotype required

Hi ,

Apart from the infotypes that you have mentioned , other infotypes are :

IT 0050 - Time recording information - this is used if time evaluation is used . It can contained interface data for the subsystem & additional emp information for the purpose of time evaluation

IT 2006 Absence Quotas - for managing leaves

and payroll status infotype IT 0003 - Determines the earliest retroactive date & when the time evaluation is to be run next .System only creates this infotype , when the emp is hired.

If yu are goin for Negative Time Mangement,

this is very much sufficient....

For positive, as other guru's explained.... IT0050 to be maintained.

IT 2001,2002,2003,2005,2006,2011 etc are Transaction DAta Infotypes... they are not Master Data Infotypes.

Time mgt master Data:You need to configure the following.

Organizational Assignment (Infotype 0001),Personal Data (Infotype 0002),Payroll Status (Infotype 0003) ,Planned Working Time Infotype (0007),Time Recording Information Infotype (0050).

Pls chk this :HR>HR Infotypes>Time MGT Infotypes-->Time Mgt Master Data

IT2006 Absence quotas

and also check

2011 time events

IT0050 time recording if u have positive time

and check RPTQTA00 Report thru SE38
