How many payscale groups can employee have? Can he have only one payscale group? Or can he have multiple payscale groups?
Thanks,
Rajdeep
An employee can only be assigned to one PayScale Group at any given time.
What is the issue you are facing that you need more than one? If you could elaborate I'm sure we'd be able to help.

IT 8 is Time Constrain Class 1.. that is one record at a time....
so, an employee can be assigned to One Pay Scale Group and Level on a particular Date.

Pay scale Group gives the information regarding the Employee eligible wage types
and this PSG is linked with Allowance grouping so i dont think he can have more than one pay scale grouping
and this allowance grouing determines the Wage types that are displayed in the Basic Pay infotype
we can change the PSG thru certain actions etc
