Define New Messages for OMRM

Hello All,

I would like to ask how can we define customize messages for MIRO in OMRM, as where can I see the list of defaults messages for MIRO. Because currently when I go to transaction OMRM, it is empty and no messages exist.

Another question is even if I put a new message in the OMRM, where can I define the logic where it will be executed? Many Thanks in advance.
